<It's slightly dry and full of flavor.
The aroma and taste are also very Jyushiro. It's a wonderful pear fruity and elegant sweet. The aroma rises happily with a "whoosh", which is also unique to Jyushiyo.
However, there is a subtle difference between this and the previous two bottles.
The sweetness is a little more subdued and slightly drier than the previous two bottles. And the flavor of the rice is firmly on top. There is more flavor in the aroma as well. But it's a very subtle difference, and it may just be that I felt it differently because of my physical condition, the order in which I drank it, or the time since I opened the bottle. Well, it's good to soak up the happiness without worrying about the details.
If you compare it to Ghibli, it's Ms. Yoshiko Matsuzaki from "From Up on Poppy Hill". She is Umi-chan's mother. She's a beautiful woman who looks exactly like Umi-chan grown up. She was the first woman to study in the United States in the 1950s, when studying abroad was still very rare.
Satisfaction level: ★★★★☆.
