Memorandum for myself
The bottle was opened with a pop, as if it were a fresh sake! It was very vigorous.
When poured into a glass, it had a slight yellow tinge.
The aroma is fruity, but not fully ripe and youthful.
When you put it in your mouth, you immediately feel the acidity.
It is really like strawberry.
It is not fully ripe either, but tastes young and sour like a first harvest.
As the days go by, you can enjoy the change, and from around the 5th day, the acidity weakens and the sweetness increases, making it an elegant strawberry.
It was delicious.
