At my favorite liquor store, the clerk in charge of tasting asked me if I would like to try an olive yeast junmai sake. I was surprised when I drank it. ❗️ It is a firm but fresh Junmai sake with an olive aroma. ❣️ On the first day, I tried it with tomato soup with lots of olive oil and it went well with it, but not surprisingly😅. On the second day, I tried it with samgyeopsal with kimchi and lots of garlic and it went quite well with it‼️ I'm planning to try it after tomorrow, but I think it would also go well with domestic lightly smoked cheese and miso marinated cream cheese, so I'm going to try a lot of different things. It is a fun junmai sake that allows for trial and error in the selection of tsumami. ❤️ P.S.: It went great with fried chicken! It went great with fried chicken. ‼️ I'm sure it goes well with fried food in general 😋 Ahh that was fun. Thanks for the food ✨
