I should pick a region that I haven't had yet, but I want to keep this one.
So, this is Sakata Shuzo from Yamagata Prefecture.
I got a bottle of Sakewaji the other day and it was so good that I bought it again.
The conquest of the whole country is going away.
The aroma is gentle and faintly fruity.
And it is easy to drink.
It's the kind of thing that runs out quickly.
It's swift.
The alcohol is also low at 13%, so you should be able to finish it in a day.
And the label is beautiful. The moon is floating on it.
When I went to buy it, there were only 3 bottles left. So you can't see it anymore.
The temperature falls at a dash from yesterday, and it is Sapporo that it became the visit of autumn in an instant. It is this temperature as soon as the Olympics is over.
It was really hard for the runners, wasn't it? I think it was very easy to run today.
It's cooler now, but the summer sake still tastes good.
I'll be drinking slowly tonight while watching the Olympic games that I recorded and haven't watched yet.
Such sake.
Cheers.
