I have been drinking a lot of Mie Sake, but there are still some that I didn't know about.
The "Yamaishi" series is said to be a limited edition product of Yokkaichi Ishikawa Shuzo, the brewer of "Fukii".
This is a low-alcohol summer drink.
It's the very image you associate with the bottle, and it's just as refreshing and crisp and tight. ❗️
If you're looking for sourness and richness, it's a little underwhelming, but on a hot day, this is about as good as it gets.
I love this label design, it's beautiful.
I think it's probably based on the namako wall, is there a famous place in Yokkaichi?
