I'm in a hurry because of the title and too much meta information 😅 This is Shiki's winter limited edition orikami-gara miki and WHITE seems to be characterized by its sweetness.
When opened, it smells like lactic yogurt and potash, probably due to the origins of the origami, and tastes like white peach, muscat, pear, and green apple with a milky attack and a beautiful acidity.
First new Laughing Four Seasons sake in a long time and it's a satisfying one 😊.
