100% Koshitanrei from Uonuma Shiozawa. The sake I drank at a small restaurant near Muikaichi Station yesterday was so good that I went to the brewery, Aoki Sake Brewery, to buy some. However, the brewery did not sell it. I went to a nearby liquor store, Kanazawa-ya, and told them the name of the restaurant and bought some.
The aroma was subdued. After pouring it into a glass, bubbles appeared in the glass, but there was no carbonation. The rich umami flavor in the mouth disappears quickly, but the sweetness remains. I have to work tomorrow, but I can easily drink 2 gou of sake. It was very delicious.
