Shinomine, about 2 weeks after opening the bottle.
Unfiltered raw sake at room temperature.
It is light and easy to drink when cold.
When it is brought back to room temperature, the deliciousness of the rice is in full bloom.
It is easy to drink with a strong sake-like flavor and acidity, perhaps in consideration of the recent trend.
I would like to try Shinomine's local sake someday.
