I heard that Yamada, a sake dealer, has entered Seibu Ikebukuro, so I went to scout around. Not flashy, but a good lineup. I bought a bottle of Oroku nigori sake. When I opened the bottle, it was quite fizzy. Delicious. I paired it with some sashimi, but it was more suited to rough flavors like horse mackerel than elegant ones.
