This time with a different flavor...
My wife bought a bottle of Prosecco.
So I thought I'd make some snacks to go with it.
And then I thought...
What would happen if I combined sparkling sake with something Western? I thought.
So I hurriedly bought some at a local supermarket.
It's Mio!
I really wanted to try Kido Sparkling, but I don't have time for that, so I'll try it next time!
Well, it depends on the snacks, doesn't it?
Blue cheese & honey and muscat on a baguette is so good! They go well together!
Broccoli & Shirasu with Italian dressing is a little different.
Cod aqua pazza, also delicious! Goes well with it!
So, do they generally go well together? ←I'm not sure, but it's pretty rough.
Of course, they all went well with Prosecco! ←It's not sake to begin with!
