I forgot to give you two things in June.
One is Suitama.
I like its moderate acidity and ginjo aroma 😊.
But the back label says it has a moist umami, but it comes with a lot of zudong. As the temperature gets lower, the sweetness increases and the zudong decreases, but it had a mature taste that was both mild and profound 😋.
