The aftertaste is long. Impression: Fruity, medium dry The aroma is fruity. The taste is also fruity with moderate sweetness and strong acidity. There seems to be a lot of talk about comparing the old version of 657 with the new version. It is hard to say because of the difference in condition, but I think the next version is more fruity. I think I like this one better because it has less koji smell. Kaze no Mori is good because it clearly shows the individuality of the brewery. The downside is that it is rather complete on its own, so you have to worry about what to eat with it. Repeat Score 2.0
