Hakuryu白龍禅超直汲み
まろI purchased this bottle at the Yoshida Sake Brewery Festival. I bought it because of the sales pitch that it was a super fresh bottle bottled from this morning's pressing.
It has a sweet aroma of pineapple and berries. The aroma is strong and intense. A little gas, fruity sweetness, and a lingering alcohol spiciness. Perhaps because it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, I can feel the spiciness of the alcohol in my throat, but I don't mind it because it has a nice sharpness.
