This week has been busy as we head towards the end of the year and I finally had time to relax and drink 😅.
I opened a bottle of this 🍶 that I bought in Tottori during the Obon vacation.
It is "Inata Hime" brewed with "Goriki Rice".
The aroma reminds me of the taste of rice.
The taste of rice comes through in the mouth, and the umami comes on top. The finish is refreshing, with little lingering aftertaste.
The taste is classic and satisfying.
It goes perfectly with cheese kamaboko. ⭕️
It has been a long time since I had a relaxing evening drink 😌.
