We drink Oyaji Gokuraku Jun Gin, a Junmai Ginjo from Chiyomusubi in Tottori, the hometown of Shigeru Mizuki.
The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a firm dry spiciness.
It has a beautiful aftertaste and is really delicious.
It's not the fruity type of sake that is so popular these days, but I personally love this type of sake.
It's the best sake for eating!
