Rich aroma from the moment it is opened
Not too spicy, easy to drink
Aftertaste that I have never felt before
Junmai Ginjo:
Typical dry sake
Cleaner than junmai sake, but not easy to drink because of the spiciness
Aroma is weak, similar to that of "Before Dawn".
