豆柴3号
This is a Junmai Daiginjo from Eiko Fuji.
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made from 100% Manamusume sake rice. The alcohol content is a bit high at 16.8 degrees, and the fruity flavor is very pronounced, although the ginjo aroma is not that strong! The acidity level of 1.5 is high, but I am not sure if it is high or not 😅, but the acidity is also quite effective. I'm not sure if the acidity of 1.5 is high or not 😅, but it is quite acidic. It is a Daiginjo and tastes 2 or 3 levels higher than the Eikoufuji Shooting Star I had before.
Eikoufuji never fails me either. ‼️
