トオルThe aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is a bit thick for its heat setting. The sweetness and umami reminiscent of ripe plums spread out in the mouth as soon as it is absorbed, followed by a berry-like sourness and bitterness, and it all comes together beautifully. It was good on its own or with teriyaki yellowtail. Delicious 😋.
