Toyama food tour in spring without using any Hokuriku Ouenwari (tearful) 🌸 Following Toyama city and Toga village, the third day was in Uozu. The fifth one is Sushi Daimon, which is the most famous restaurant in Uozu 🍶.
The last sake at Daimon was a Daimon limited edition sake from Hokuyo. Junmai Daiginjo Fukuro-hari. It has a gorgeous aroma and a flavorful taste without any clutter. This is delicious. I have a feeling that it is sold on the market, but I wonder what is different about the Daimon limited edition ❓I should have asked 😆.
