About "No. 6 Shiboritate
The "No. 6" series was the predecessor of the "No. 6" series.
It was a PB (private brand) product of a local sake wholesaler called Nippon Meimon Shukai, and was on the market for 10 years from 2005 to 2015.
Rokuban" was not a very popular brand when it was first released, but as a result of a major review of the manufacturing process, it began to gain popularity around 2009.
The first of its kind was "No. 6 Shiboritate," which was released at the end of 2010.
The pink label, which was unusual at the time, and the refreshing, light flavor were extremely popular, and the product was highly acclaimed at various tasting events and sold out immediately.
This "Rokkyo Shiboritate" is an attempt to reproduce the taste of 2010.
The difference is that the "fast brewer's mother of sake" was used at that time, while this product uses a "sake yeast mother of sake".
Other than that, it can be said that it is almost a copy of the original.
