Slightly sweet and refreshing. Label-wise, I guess it's a Ramune.
Named after the brewery's desire to make its name widely known.
Currently, the brewery is led by the fifth-generation brewer, Akiya Machida, and his wife, Emi Machida, who is the toji (chief brewer), and they make sake together as a couple.
