Clear and dry.
It looks like a good sake.
If this was submitted to a rating check, many people might mistake it for a high quality ginjo-shu... You can really feel the Gohyakumangoku. Is it a light dry style? It has a smooth taste of rice and a soft texture. The aftertaste is refreshing.
It's a hiyaoroshi with a lot of flavor.
The cost is super duper great!
Good with cold sake, but definitely with warmed sake!
