funazushio
This is a masterpiece of orikagami. As the name suggests, it is a sake that descends like snow and leaves as an aftertaste like a flower. It is a seasonal sake, but you should drink it even if you have to pay for it.
It should be drunk with an awareness of being the "ultimate food sake" rather than having a texture like muscat or pear on the tongue. It should be served with foods with strong flavors.
However, the temperature is important. Minus 5 degrees Celsius is a must.
