The aroma is sweet. As it is, it is a bit sweet to drink. Since the recommendation is to drink it on the rocks, drinking it on the rocks makes it refreshing and easy to drink. I have not been drinking nigori sake much because it is too sweet, but this sake made me think about trying other nigori sake on the rocks. ❗️
