Yamori recommends the medium unadjusted raw. It is also known as blue label. It is super fruity. I visited the breweries in Tokyo: Toshima Brewery (Yamori cannot be tasted), Tama Pride, and Sawanoi. They have a restaurant and a direct sales shop.
