マグロ漁船
I bought this one because Sugiyuu's Omachi was quite good for me.
The rising aroma has a slightly fruity flavor.
In the mouth, it has a sweet mouthfeel that matches the firm umami of the rice and the rising aroma.
It is quite thick and has a complex, layered umami.
There is also some acidity, but it seems to be supported in the background.
Some people may find it heavy.
From the mid-palate, you can still taste bitterness. The umami continues.
It depends on how you take this bitterness, but for me, it is there.
I think it refreshes the palate in some way.
It is also very tasty.
Maybe Sugiyuu matches my taste for nama-zake.
It is fruity and full-bodied. And it has a nice sharpness.
This is good.
