The complexity and soft flavor of Homasu, combined with the depth of the wooden vat, nama yeast, and shiori, creates a tranquil and deep flavor. HOMASU|7 Nozomi" is the last bottle of the 2024 brewing year.
It has a sweet aroma, with a light strawberry lychee flavor. The lactic acidity is well balanced.
