The taste is clear and reminds you of summer.
However, the unique sourness and sweetness of the Senjotori will spread afterwards.
It has a fresh and banana-like aroma, but compared to the Kabuto Mushi, it is more mature and stable.
This is the one I would like to have with a caprese with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
