This is the second bottle that I stocked for Golden Week. Because the rice is polished to 80%, the flavor is subdued and the finish is refreshingly dry. It can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or even heated.
It has a nice mouthfeel, so I thought it would be good to enjoy as a sake during meals.
It's time to get back to work, so I need to start the engine. The state of emergency has been extended, so we'll continue to drink alcohol at home for a while. I hope to be able to enjoy it with side dishes that go well with alcohol.
By the way, the name of the sake is kind of like the blade of demise, and I was eyeing it when I saw the list thinking it was cool (laughs).
