I often see the name Mimuro Cedar warehouse. I bought it without knowing it. I wonder if it is bottle-fired as far as I read the label.
The aroma is soft and tropical. The taste is mellow, sweet and sour, but not heavy, and yet it leaves a lingering aftertaste. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
The Asahi rice variety has been produced since 1931.
