Just after opening the bottle, there is a fruity aroma. When poured into a glass, good aromas of strawberries and apples spread. The mouthfeel is calm, with a hint of sourness on the tongue and a light sweetness. The lingering acidity and umami after drinking are long. Even when lukewarm, the acidity stands up and the umami spreads in a mellow and delicious way. I still prefer the Araoshi merger and will buy more.
