When I twisted the lid, bubbles started rising from inside, and I made the mistake of closing it in a hurry. In the end, I opened the bottle in the sink to avoid spillage. Many nigori sakes are sweet, but this one is basically dry with minimal sweetness. It has a nice fizzy taste that stimulates the inside of the mouth. #Yamamoto #Do #Nigori
