This is a very limited Junmai Daiginjo brewed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of Kudokibe, a famous sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture. Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, is polished to a luxurious 15% polishing ratio, and the miscellaneous tastes are thoroughly removed, bringing out only the sweetness and flavor of the core of the rice.
