ぷれーり
This is a junmai sake from Katsucoma. This is my first time to drink sake from Toyama Prefecture.
It is a junmai sake, but the label says it is 50% polished rice! It is a Daiginjo polish. I am not sure why it is labeled Junmai-shu. It's hard to understand... The rice seems to be Gohyakumangoku.
Aside from that, the aroma is sweet. When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness gradually while it is clean, and it finishes with a slight bitterness and a nice sharpness.
Overall, it is a beautiful sake, but it also has a fullness to it. It is delicious.
