What is the image of nigori sake?
My first prejudice was do you drink cloudy alcohol? It was a bit rough.
But when I tried it, I found out that it's very strong!
It changed my image of muddy!
So it became fun to think of dishes that go well with this nigorizake.
So it's been fun to think of dishes to go with this nigorizake again! ☺️
