ma-ki-
The second sake at Sushi Namba was Hayashi Shuzojo's Hayashi Omachi Junmai Ginjo.
This was also my first sake from the brewery.
So, let's have it right away.
First, the aroma. It smells a little sweet, doesn't it?
In the mouth, the sweetness and umami are deliciously bouffant.
The lingering aftertaste is finished off with spiciness, so this was a very tasty sake that goes well with food as well.
