タイタイセイ
Yamamoto Sake Brewery's "Dodara".
The sake is super dry with a sake strength of +15.
The taste is light and dry with little bitterness and acidity.
When drunk at room temperature, it has a sharp taste and goes into your mouth like water.
When drunk cold (or on the rocks), it has a slight sweetness and acidity, and a slightly heavy feeling.
When heated up, the aroma is fuller, but the sharpness increases, and there is not much aftertaste.
Personally, I think it tastes best at room temperature.
Is it my imagination that it seems to have a slight sourness to it?
