The aroma is of sweet aroma of noble sake and mild rice aroma. Carbonation is strong, with a very strong bitter and sweet taste. It has a very alcoholic and strong flavor, but it is tempered by the freshness of Kaze no Mori, making it an interesting sake. It is not as smooth as other brands of Kaze no Mori, but it is good for occasional drinking. It would be good with ice or tonic water.
