Tamagawa, Tomirei, Okuharima, Tsuki no I, etc.
An endless loop of cold sake to refresh the palate between heated sake!
I drank sake from so many breweries
It's too much trouble to keep track of them all.
I'll try the aged sake of Benten Musume, which left a strong impression on me.

The aroma of assured maturity and the flavor that spreads in the mouth.
The brewer's face relaxed unintentionally, and the brewer smiled when he saw it!
This is the best part of an event in which the brewer participates!
The sweetness is moderate, and the taste is more refreshing and crisp than expected.
It makes me want to eat nukazuke pickles and sushi.
Many of the breweries were new to me.
