Very rare Katsucoma Shiboritate. It's a sake from Toyama, but it's not easy to drink. Beautiful and clear. The smell is fruity. When you drink it, it disappears softly on your tongue. Amazing. The sweetness is strong and the bitterness is not so strong. It's good. The acidity is also nice. It was quite expensive, but I'm glad I drank it. Personally, I think there are a lot of individual differences in Katsukoma, so if I meet someone once in a lifetime, I'd rather drink it than the other way around.
