ラストリバー
Ayumasamune's Bishamon-nigori... I've never had this before, but I thought it was one of the best nigori sakes I've ever had. The slight foaming, lactic acidity (active yeast?) and the sharpness are all well balanced. I'm the type of person who likes to drink a lot of different kinds of sake when I go to an izakaya, but it's been a while since I've had more of the same. Good sake.
