Akita Sake
Hanamup Junmai Gingyo Omachi
It has an elegant fruity aroma and a dense sweetness and flavor reminiscent of white peaches and mangoes. While sweet, it is sharp and crisp, and the richness and refined balance typical of Omachi make it a beautiful sake with an appealing taste. We feel that Omachi has the richest flavor of all the Hanayuus. I have a bottle of this sake in storage and look forward to it.
