はるアキ
This is a gem from the Tsuchiya Sake Brewery in Nagano named "Haru" (spring).
It is a gorgeous sake that reminds one of the bright spring sunlight.
It has a fruity aroma like a fragrant apple, a delicious taste of rice, a gentle sweetness, and a beautiful acidity.
After a moderate bitterness, a pleasant sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
It is an excellent sake to drink under the cherry blossoms, if possible.
