Drinking famous sake! Ni-Uto again from Aichi
As the concept suggests, this sake changes quite a bit!
I thought it was modern on its own until I drank it, but considering it together with what I drank the other day, it's a very middle-of-the-road sake!
Full-bodied with a light greenish tinge!
The aroma is mugwort? When you drink it, it's richly sweet and sharp with a classic mitarashi feel! I'm thinking it's more complex than I expected, and then the sweetness is a mysterious concept of fruity Japanese sweets!
I'm not sure if I can keep it until next week... 😂
