Nishinoseki特別純米・生原酒 百の余韻
Rishu
Schwapiri! But it's also delicious with a punch. A strong one with umami at the back of the mouth.
It is said to be a highly concentrated limited-edition sake, aged for 100 days since the first pressing in Risshun. I went to a local liquor store to have a non-fruity sake for the first time in a while and found a rare one. Is it a locally distributed sake? Yum!
