It's a Junmai Ginjo-shu from Hokkaido.
I was originally interested in this sake brewery and happened to win a prize.
The top aroma is mild, and in the mouth it has plenty of umami from the dryness ☺️, yet it has a sharp sharpness.
The best way to enjoy it at this time of the year is to keep the room warm and cool.
I would definitely like to try other brands.
