It's a sparkling sake, so when I opened the bottle, it poured out and I was surprised! It was amazing 😊.
The color is cloudy with a slightly yellowish effervescence and the aroma is fresh and fruity with a hint of yogurt.
I don't know how to describe the taste with a different drink, but it tastes exactly like a grapefruit sour! It is amazing that rice can taste like this grapefruit sour!
