This is a raw type sake made only for the Jun Daiginjo Akaban Omachi served at the CSW in spring 2023 🥳(usually only hi-iru) When I drank this at the CSW, it was shockingly delicious and rated itself as one or two of the best of the event, so I managed to buy a bottle of it but it was too good to waste 😅.
First of all, it has a nice aroma like sweet and sour apricot with a little bit of maturity scent on it. ☺️ A sip of this wine will make you happy with its lively acidity, the warm sweetness of Omachi rice, and the bitterness of the finish 😋😋😋😋.
It is so addictive that you will be drinking it in no time 🤩😋😋.
