I had enjoyed drinking Kawazuru's olive yeast before, so now I tried Ayagiku's olive yeast. It did not disappoint, and was easy to drink with a light aftertaste. It is easy to drink and has a light aftertaste. It has few peculiarities, so it is easy to forget that it is a sake and drink it quickly. I prefer to drink it well chilled.
