This was the first time I bought and drank Morishima.
It showed the full quality of Miyamanishiki, was clear and clean, and had a moderate but exquisite sweetness.
Although it is not my favorite sake because of its strong refreshing taste, I thought it was a carefully crafted and delicious sake.
I would like to try Morishima made with other rice varieties.
